Job Description
- Act as a liaison for the day-to-day administration of Health Plan, Insurance Coverage, and Dental Program.
- Assist in the preparation of reports.
- Monitor the status of claims filed for reimbursement by members.
- Provide medicine as needed under the guidance of physician.
- Record and maintain patients’ medical data gathered during consultations and treatments.
- Assist in taking vital signs and/or giving medications prescribed by the physician.
- Perform treatment for emergency cases under the guidance of the physician.
- Offer assistance to confined patients, including processing required documents for hospitalization.
