Qualifications:
- Candidate must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or reach 2nd year in College with no back subjects
- High School Graduates are accepted
- Proficient in English
- Must be amenable to work onsite
Responsibilities:
- Respond to call questions and complaints using designated scripts and procedures.
- Research/resolve queries, log customer calls, and provide alternative solutions promptly.
- Inform clients about expert services and assist in determining customer needs.
- Provide guidance and troubleshooting support to lower-level employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay Range: Php18,00.00 – Php27,00.00 per month
