Job Description
A Marketing Supervisor coordinates and implements marketing initiatives and campaigns, working closely with the Marketing Team. Responsibilities include planning and organizing marketing efforts, supervising collaboration, recognizing market changes, managing projects, recruiting team members, and setting strategic goals.
Marketing Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing marketing efforts to grow the business and brand
- Supervising collaboration with project owners for marketing and sales messages
- Recognizing market changes to stay competitive
- Managing projects and overseeing marketing campaign implementation
- Participating in recruiting, setting goals, and training team members
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales coordination
- Strong people management, communication, and technical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to do fieldwork
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
