Job Description
Qualifications: Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, or a related area.
- Proven track record of successful fundraising and grant management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with nonprofit regulations and compliance requirements.
