Job Description
The Customer Service Associate (CSA) role involves providing exceptional service to customers across various channels. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, processing orders, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Handle complaints and investigate issues thoroughly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php10,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
