Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our Overseas Enrollment team. In this role, you will assist international students with the enrollment process, provide course information, admissions guidance, and address inquiries.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be customer-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer service experience is preferred. Fluency in English is a must, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
