Job Description
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY TASKS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Sorting out customers’ inquiries or requests
- Ensuring that customers’ requests are managed appropriately
- Developing, organizing, and maintaining accurate files
- Delivering high-quality service
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- College level or equivalent
- 1 year Telco BPO International Voice Experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Superb computer skills
- Willingness to work on site
