Caldwell Communications is seeking candidates to join our team for the following positions:
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone or written communication.
- Resolve customer issues promptly on the first call.
- Match customers’ needs with our clients’ products.
- Utilize influencing skills to overcome objections.
- Share valuable information with clients and team members.
