Handle a wide range of inquiries related to account management, order processing, product information, and issue resolution to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
Job Description:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, or chat, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance with account-related tasks, order management, and product inquiries.
- Assist customers with account registration, login troubleshooting, password resets, and account security measures, ensuring that user information is accurate and secure.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, including order placement, payment processing, shipping options, and delivery tracking, ensuring a smooth transaction process from start to finish.
- Update customer account information, preferences, and communication preferences accurately in the shopping platform’s database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
