Job Description
- Lead and supervise a team of digital marketing sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Implement digital marketing strategies as directed by the Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their goals and challenges to propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare accurate sales forecasts, and report on sales data regularly to the Marketing Manager.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and capitalize on market opportunities.
Job Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
- At least 5-year(s) of working experience in digital marketing sales with proven sales leadership.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in sales within the digital marketing industry.
- Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
- Strong in leading, motivating, and managing sales teams.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing and strategy implementation.
- Excellent at articulating ideas, influencing stakeholders, and negotiating.
- Skilled in interpreting sales data and making data-driven decisions.
- Focused on exceptional client service and innovative solutions.
- Willing to work in Binondo, Manila.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
