We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents for our Healthcare Account.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions using provided scripts.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy with customers.
Qualifications:
- Onsite interview at Ortigas SM Megamall
- Conversant in English
- Good Typing Skills
- BPO Experience is a plus
- 18 years old and above
