Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College Graduate, preferably in Business Management/Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive motorcycle.
- Experience in marketing, sales, and collection in a micro lending company is a plus.
- Willingness to do fieldwork and extend overtime.
- Immediate availability to start.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee portfolio growth in terms of profitability and client satisfaction.
- Plan strategies for deposit generation and product knowledge development.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance bank visibility.
- Maintain professionalism in client interactions and service delivery.
- Monitor accounts to minimize risks and plan ahead effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
