- Leads and manages the entire territory.
- Over-all responsible for the territory sales revenue.
- Prepares strategic sales plan and marketing plan for the territory.
- Researches and develops sales opportunities and generates new leads.
- Conducts sales training, continuous coaching, and motivates the sales team.
- Negotiates and closes contract agreements with potential clients/customers.
