Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Assistant to support our online retail operations. The E-Commerce Assistant will be responsible for assisting with product listings, order processing, customer inquiries, and overall e-commerce management. Ideal for those passionate about e-commerce and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage online product listings and updates
- Process and fulfill customer orders
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Monitor e-commerce platforms for performance and trends
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions
- Collaborate with the team to optimize the online shopping experience
Requirements:
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms
- Strong communication and customer service skills
