Job Description
We are currently open for fresh graduates with zero to 6 months of work experience to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Able to work onsite (office-based)
- Filipino Citizen or with relevant residence status
- Previous BPO experience is advantageous
- Proficient in English communication
- Bachelor’s degree holder in related fields
- Willing to work at our Mckinley Hill office in Taguig
- Open to working on shifting schedules, including night shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Communicate with customers through various channels
- Address and resolve customer complaints
