Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Secretary to provide administrative support to our executive team. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, preparing reports, and assisting with special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars and schedules
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle communications
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Conduct research and compile data
- Assist with special projects
- Maintain confidentiality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred

Pay: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
