Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the current accounts payable team
- Handle invoice validations, approvals in invoice mapping application (Kofax), and statement checks
- Work collaboratively with the accounts team
- Ensure timely correspondence handling
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Conduct accounts reconciliation and set up new accounts
- Complete credit applications for accounts payable confirmation
- Process invoices daily using Kofax Xcellerate
