Job Description
Supplier hunting tasks:
- Search for potential suppliers near sites.
- Acquire necessary documents and permits from suppliers.
- Create itineraries to minimize costs.
- Compile documents for submission to the purchasing team.
- Report progress to the purchasing manager.
Product and Service Acquisition:
- Manage product and service acquisition.
- Maintain vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and budget.
Supplier Relationship Management:
- Manage relationships with key suppliers for quality and timely delivery.
Administrative Support:
- Vehicle monitoring, contract renewal, and utility payments.
- Renewal of permits and assist in company events.
- IT and office equipment monitoring and maintenance.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any business-related course.
- 1-2 years work experience in telecom or construction.
- Preferably a Davao City resident.
- Proficient in emails, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office.
- Must ensure the company’s purchasing needs are met efficiently.
- Familiarity with construction materials and tools.
The position is urgent, candidates must start ASAP.
