Job Description
A Freight Forwarding Specialist is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the shipment of goods from one place to another. They work closely with carriers and clients to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. Duties include managing transportation documentation, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
Key skills for this role include excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. A strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management is also required. Previous experience in the freight forwarding industry is preferred.
