Job Description
Qualifications:
- College graduate of any business course
- At least 2 years of working experience in HR and Admin roles
- Good communication skills and highly organized
- Can start ASAP
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment, staff monitoring, memo, and payslip management
- Leave approval and disciplinary actions
- Ensure office maintenance and report concerns to Main Office
- Submit reports and perform minor accounting tasks
- Coordinate with other administrators and handle assigned tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
