Job Description
1. Establishes, develops, and maintains professional relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business within the assigned territory.
2. Ensures sales growth and collection through strategic use of Pro Connect, ACT, Field Force, and other tools.
3. Conducts product presentations to existing and potential customers.
4. Prepares weekly and monthly sales reports.
5. Develops clear proposals for customers.
6. Conducts regular client visits and territory mapping.
7. Manages account credit, reconciliation, and order bookings.
8. Implements a territory action plan based on data analysis and field results.
9. Builds long-lasting relationships with customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Background in Construction or Paint industry preferred.
- Computer literate, proactive, enthusiastic, with good leadership qualities.
- Negotiation, presentation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to do fieldwork across Luzon.
Job Type: Full-time
