Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with health-related inquiries over the phone.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for high-quality service.
Needed Qualifications
- College Graduate
- Active PRC License
- Strong Communication Skills
- 6 months – 1 year Clinical BPO experience and 1 year patient-facing experience
