Responsibilities:
- Uphold company culture and boost employee engagement.
- Aid in HR initiatives and system implementations.
- Offer guidance on policies, procedures, and conflicts.
- Oversee recruitment activities and manage onboarding processes.
- Devise training programs and assist in performance reviews.
- Maintain compliance with legal requirements for employee records.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in HR roles.
- Knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
- MS Office proficiency; HRMS knowledge is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and ethical decision-making capabilities.
