Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inquiries from clients about travel products and services
- Assist clients with booking travel arrangements and ensure accuracy
- Provide advice on travel destinations and activities
- Handle customer complaints and resolve booking issues
- Achieve performance targets for customer satisfaction and sales
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduates or equivalent
- Prior experience in a related field is desirable
- Able to work on-site and attend interviews
