Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsibility includes responding to incoming calls from customers, answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and handling complaints regarding the organization’s products or services.

- High School Graduate with diploma/certificate
- Not currently enrolled as a student
- Willing to work full-time with shifting schedules
- English communication skills (average to excellent)
- Computer literate with good web navigation skills
- Willing to work on-site
