Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Healthcare Collection Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding healthcare bills from patients.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills to interact with patients regarding their bills in a professional and courteous manner. Prior experience in healthcare billing or collections is preferred.
Key responsibilities include contacting patients to discuss and resolve outstanding accounts, documenting all interactions accurately, and adhering to collection laws and guidelines.
