Job Description
Responsible for ensuring all activities related to importation/purchasing, supply, and importation are conducted efficiently, effectively, and timely.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the efficiency of Importation and Purchasing.
- Identify and build the right sources of supply including imports, vendor rating; ensure the supply of the right quality at the right time, terms, conditions, and price; and arrange for delivery when and where needed.
- Check and verify purchase orders for office supplies, equipment, parts, accessories, and services.
- Procure machine parts and spares, safety equipment, general consumables, packaging materials, storage, and maintain inventory controls and inventory planning.
General Qualifications:
- Education: Any business course.
- Experience: At least two (2) years of experience in a similar or related business or trade.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Amenable to work from Monday to Friday.
- Work location: West Avenue, Quezon City.
- Can start ASAP.
