Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- Required skills: supervisory, strategic sourcing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Related work experience in SECURITY FIELD/SERVICE is required in this position
- Ability to work independently yet can work well with a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Strong decision-making skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Knowledgeable in recruitment strategies and recruitment plan.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisement, job sites, or any other promotional strategies
- Conceptualizes the sourcing plan that will cover needed applications to complete request
- Can work under pressure
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Experienced in talent sourcing, end to end recruitment, and report preparation
