Job Description
Takes charge of the regular operations within the College – its programs, students, faculty, and staff.
1. Formulates short-term and long-term college development plans guided by the institution’s vision, mission, and specific objectives.
2. Implements and reviews policies and regulations related to admissions, faculty management, curriculum, and student services.
3. Maintains academic standards, schedules classes, and ensures instructional effectiveness.
4. Assesses and enhances educational programs through policy and curriculum review.
5. Collaborates with other departments to create innovative instructional practices.
6. Plans, implements, and evaluates program objectives for continuous improvement.
7. Leads the design and assessment of college programs.
8. Monitors academic and extracurricular activities.
9. Develops and monitors policies for academic support, advising, and career services.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php80,00.00 – Php100,00.00 per month
