Job Description
- The role involves supporting merchants or retailers in the boarding process by coordinating the collection and review of relevant documents throughout the process.
- Following up on merchant issues (via e-mail, SMS, and calls), tracking and support call-outs in line with service-level agreements until resolved.
- Providing any report & analysis data of support activities — reversals, nonacceptance, and call outs.
- Performing, organizing, and streamlining operational tasks to reduce the potential for errors. Testing merchant configurations to validate setup completed.
- Communicating reversal and technical information to non-technical merchant clients.
- Participating as required in the development, maintenance of procedures, systems, and processes to support the effective delivery of operational activities.
