Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Constructs and files job instruction resources for each employee’s work.
- Monitors regularly the behavior and performance of subordinates.
- Instills discipline in all project personnel.
- Investigates infractions, violations, and complaints of personnel.
- Submits necessary documents for disciplinary actions and grievances.
- Constructs, implements, and evaluates project site policies.
- Supervises preparation of subcontractors and project needs.
- Presides over weekly meetings to discuss reports and targets.
- Prepares monthly project reports and billing.
- Liquidates expenses appropriately and on time.
- Performs other assigned duties.
Qualifications:
- Civil Engineering Graduate.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in handling vertical projects, preferably hospitals.
- Good oral/written communication skills.
- Willing to be assigned in Kawit Cavite.
- Good Interpersonal skills and leadership.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary
