Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Meet the agreed service level standards in supporting Agency channel’s branch operational requirements related to New Business processing, collection, and office administration.
- Provide customer service support for after-sales requests.
- Accurate processing of New Business transactions and premium collections.
- Handle after-sales transactions effectively.
- Provide customer and distributor service.
- Ensure upkeep of branch office facilities and maintain distributor relationships.
- Perform other required functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or customer service roles.
- Background in insurance operational processes.
- 1-4 years experience in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to work in Bataan or nearby.
- Immediate availability to start.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:
