Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and assist clients
- Handle customer inquiries via mail, fax, and email
- Communicate with customers to address concerns
- Clarify participant queries for accurate information
Requirements:
- Open to all candidates even without experience
- High School graduates with BPO experience are welcome
- Excellent English communication skills
- Onsite work within 25-35km distance preferred
