Job Description:
The position will drive revenue growth by optimizing processes, expanding nationwide, leveraging technology, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
You will:
- Drive significant revenue growth and set/exceed sales targets.
- Implement cutting-edge technology for sales process improvement, data analytics, and CRM.
- Strategically plan and develop strong distribution networks across the Philippines.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team with effective training and evaluation systems.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 5+ years in Senior Sales Leadership in FMCG, with international exposure.
- Proven nationwide expansion capability, change management, and experience in hyper-growth environments.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.
