Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly driven and organized individual to join our team as a Procurement Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and quality
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance to ensure compliance with agreed terms and quality standards
- Manage procurement processes, including preparing purchase orders, tracking orders, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient procurement process
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
