Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Overall supervision of the Housekeeping Department.
- Training and grooming of Housekeeping Staff.
- Creating duty rosters and assignments for Staff.
- Monitoring staff performance and work output.
- Addressing guest concerns and complaints.
- Ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
- Coordinating with other Hotel Departments.
- Reporting to the Hotel Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Holder.
- Minimum 3 years Supervisory experience in Hospitality.
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Location: Iloilo
- 1 Full-Time Position Available.
