Job Description
As a Technical Support Representative at Three Peaks International, you will provide technical assistance to customers using software and hardware systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, guiding troubleshooting processes, and escalating complex problems.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are crucial. Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users and maintain professionalism under pressure is required. Prior technical support experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
