Job Description
Position Summary:
- Responsible for the ECCN and HTS classification recommendation of products in the technology industry, ensuring compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.
- Familiarity with U.S. Export Administration Regulations and US Harmonized Tariff Schedule required.
- Methodical approach to evaluating products in the technology industry.
- Bachelor’s degree with 2 years trade compliance experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
- At least 2 years functional experience in Trade compliance processes
- Must have HTS/ECCN experience
- Above average English communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Willing to work night shifts and 10 days onsite/month
