Job Description
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a General Virtual Assistant or relevant role.
- Experience working with Australian clients is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Previous experience in customer service or client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials.
- Provide customer support and handle inquiries from clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Liaise with Australian clients
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the team and ensure smooth office operations.
