Job Description
The Operations teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from buyer searches to product delivery. Responsibilities include analyzing KPIs, conducting root cause analysis, and managing Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud.
- Manage SOC operations and support teams
- Ensure labor, productivity, and quality control
- Provide direction, strategy, and performance evaluation
- Collaborate for improvement and expansion
- Feedback provision and ramp-up planning
- Bachelor’s or High Degree
- At least 10 years in warehousing, e-commerce, logistics
- Strategic thinker and data management skills
- Strong communication and MS Office proficiency
- Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
