Job Responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers on the phone or via written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolves customer issues on the first call/contact whenever possible without transferring the caller.
- Matching customers’ demands to clients’ products, solutions, and services.
- Using negotiation and influencing skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
- Communicating relevant information to internal and external clients and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
