Job Description
MCC Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Direct maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of motor control centers, ensuring minimal downtime and safety adherence.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor electricians and technicians, promoting skill development and efficient task allocation.
Preventive Maintenance: Develop proactive maintenance plans for MCC components to increase equipment lifespan and prevent failures.
Project Management: Collaborate on MCC upgrades, expansions, or installations, managing timelines and budgets.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce electrical safety standards and ensure MCC work compliance with regulations.
Recordkeeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, generate reports, and track MCC efficiency metrics.
Job Requirements:
- Technical diploma or equivalent certification in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience with motor control centers in a manufacturing or heavy industrial setting.
- Deep understanding of MCC design, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Working knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations (NEC or Philippines-specific equivalents).
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.
- Experience with PLC programming and SCADA systems a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php35,00.00 – Php45,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
