Job Description
1. Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
2. Handle complaints, provide solutions within time limits and follow up for resolution. Record customer interactions accurately and update account information for reports.
3. Guide customers through troubleshooting, using the company site or products/services.
4. Attract potential customers by answering queries, suggesting products/services.
5. Collaborate with accounts department in transactions accurately. Report and recommend products/services to management through analyzing customer needs.
6. Assist in training new employees on customer management policies.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience required
- Excellent English communication skills
- Active listening and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Shift work required
- Willing to report onsite at Alabang office
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- Early shift
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
