Job Description
As a Business Support, you will:
- Assist in the creation of PR and PO for events
- Assist in follow-through on supplier payments and documentation necessary for reconciliation in Smart Buy and Cvent
- Assist in the processing of taxes for events
- Source needed vendors and suppliers as necessary
- Act as additional onsite support for large-scale events when necessary
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate in Business Administration, Accounting
- Amenable to do some onsite work in various locations
- 1-2 years experience is an advantage
- Patient, Empathic, Self-Starter, and Mature
- Able to perform under extreme pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
