Job Description
Department: Operations
Level: Experienced (Individual Contributor)
Location: Philippines – Manila
The Operation teams at Shopee manage the end-to-end operational process, ensuring smooth buyer experiences on the platform. The team analyzes operational KPIs regionally, conducts root cause analysis, and covers Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud departments.
- Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities
- Ensure quality and timely receipt of parcels as per SLA
- Monitor team productivity and liaise with Regional Center Lead
- Manage personnel scheduling, evaluations, and coaching
- Analyze and coordinate agency personnel allocation
- Handle operational escalations and provide solutions
- Coordinate with other teams on parcel tally and item receiving
- Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics, or Warehousing
- Supervisory experience with both direct and agency employees
- Detail-oriented with process improvement background
- Proficient in MS and Google Applications
