Job Description
Education:
– BS Civil Engineering / BS Architecture Graduate
– PRC License is an Advantage
- Passed the Licensure Exam (Preferred)
- At least 3-5 years of related experience in Architectural and ID Fit Out Works
- Project daily activity, weekly report, and monthly progress report.
- Overall control, monitoring and tracking of construction site activities, manpower, materials and equipment.
- Quality control of related activities at project site to ensure that the specifications and quality control requirements are met.
- Evaluation of billings submitted by the contractors and/or suppliers.
- Implementation of MEPF works
- Preparation and monitoring of on site operations BOM
- Knowledgeable in cost estimation
- Manpower Loading Monitoring – Daily Activity
- Construction Program Monitoring – Ensure that schedule is being followed
- Accomplishment Program Monitoring – Ensure that schedule is being followed
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php40,00.00 per month
