Key Responsibilities:
BUSINESS GROWTH
- Hit Growth Target and Business Plans.
- Achieve Expansion Target.
- Ensure good servicing and expand online pickup points.
SERVICING
- Direct & Indirect Servicing.
- Distributor Manpower implementation and management.
DISTRIBUTOR BUSINESS SUSTAINABILITY
- Ensure execution of Big Rocks.
- Capacity Review for sustainable business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years GT/Distributor management.
- Fresh graduates welcome.
- Heavy field work in Central Luzon.
- Field sales capability with excellent communication skills.
