Job Description
As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and support of various software applications within the organization. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, resolving software bugs, and providing assistance to end-users.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements, test software enhancements, and implement system upgrades. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this role.
Previous experience in application support, knowledge of SQL, and familiarity with ITIL best practices are preferred. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are also key attributes for this position.
