Job Description
As a Sales Officer/Leader, you will manage the branch office’s daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving business goals. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Operations Management: Oversee branch activities, implement policies, and ensure compliance.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and guide staff for high performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships, address inquiries, and enhance satisfaction.
- Sales and Business Development: Develop strategies, recruit agents, and identify opportunities.
- Financial Management: Monitor budget, ensure reporting accuracy, and compliance.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate operational risks, implement security measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
- Training in Basic Non-life Insurance and Sales Management required.
