Job Description
Responsible for long-range planning and real-time performance analysis.
Monitor queue and schedule adherence to impact SLAs.
Prepare reports, recommendations, and data analysis.
Generate, develop & maintain reports/systems for SLA compliance.
Gather and provide daily, weekly, monthly operations reports to clients.
Coordinate with teams on Profitability, Resource Planning, and real-time service issues.
Handle call-ins, absences, and sick leave.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s/College Degree, 1-2 years Real Time Analyst experience, English communication, eWFM or Verint knowledge, Excel and Powerpoint proficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
